Hi everyone.
This, my first attempt at blogging, is aimed at all past and present members of the 19th/36th Scout Unit also known as Panama.
I am currently working on archiving as many photographs and memorabilia as I can get my hands on.
My plan is to set up a website already registered as www.1936panama.com which with a bit of luck will contain hundreds of photographs from 1929 to date.
The website should also act as a sort of Panama facebook allowing past members to post their current whereabouts and contact details.
I will use this blog to update you on progress as it happens.
I have set up an account at www.pix.ie to store all our photographs and using albums I found in the Scout Hall, I have started scanning and uploading to this account. You can find it at htpp://pix.ie/panama.
